1. The business has been funded by a Lead Investor (VC, Angel Group).
2. The valuation is reasonable and defensible.
3. The business is significantly scalable to become a $20M+ enterprise.
4. The business has proven product/market fit, demonstrated by financial traction in the market.
5. The business is supported by a strong leadership team (i.e. not a sole founder).
6. The founding team has a vision for an “exit.”
7. The leadership team is diverse and/or the business offers significant social impact.
